Bixio Poderi Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC is a renowned Ripasso tradition from the heart of Valpolicella. Crafted in Italy’s Veneto region, this red wine embodies a good balance between structure, depth, and drinkability. Known as “the wine of two lives,” it undergoes a second fermentation on Amarone grape skins, enriching its body and aromatic complexity.
