Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Procedure

  • Contact carminecioffi@caffeunico.com to initiate a return.

  • Returns are collected on delivery days.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

4. Documentation

  • Retain receipts and shipping documents for processing returns or refunds.

5. Damages and Issues

  • Inspect orders upon receipt. Report defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Claims

  • Reporting: Examine goods at delivery. Report losses or damages on the delivery note and notify our office within three days.

  • Limitations: We are not responsible for defects due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

7. Order Acceptance and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are accepted and payments processed at dispatch. Items out of stock at dispatch will not be charged.

8. Pricing

  • Adjustments: Prices may change without notice. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
