1. Eligibility

Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Procedure

Returns are collected on delivery days.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
4. Documentation

Retain receipts and shipping documents for processing returns or refunds.
5. Damages and Issues

Inspect orders upon receipt. Report defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Reporting: Examine goods at delivery. Report losses or damages on the delivery note and notify our office within three days.

Limitations: We are not responsible for defects due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

Order Confirmation: Orders are accepted and payments processed at dispatch. Items out of stock at dispatch will not be charged.
